I have been doing my own tire changes (also many friends) and balancing for 5 years now. I do street tires and slicks. I always remove the old weights and start from scratch. Only time I consider myself getting lucky is a rim needing no weights. That’s a rare occurrence and much appreciated.
I tried looking in my service manual but I couldn’t find an answer I was looking for. Does it matter which side the wheel weights go on?

Can I balance the wheel on the bike? I don't have a wheel balancer ... also, how is this going to kill me if I don't balance the wheel?
Hollow ground screwdriver bits are MUCH gentler on soft jets and screws than "wedge" tips which get nowhere near my carbs. For even better grip than hollow ground, grind the hollow ground common screw bit to look like )( viewed from the side and do a precise job (I use a magnifying glass but I'm ancient). That )( will grab the brass instead of wiping it. My Vincent restorer mentor came up with the idea ~50 years ago. I've not seen it elsewhere. You can see the difference viewing a removed jet from the side.

I've removed the gumminess with goo-gone and a plastic scraper. Then dawn and a stiff nylon brush, warm water.
Motorbike: ZXR9 C2 1999 My master cylinder builds pressure when thumb is over the whole. Doesn't seem to want to pull fluid when the bango bolt is off the caliper any ideas? Normally it should just drip fluid but my level never changes in the reservoir. All that happens is all the fluid that's in the line gets dripped out. Nothing gets pulled from the reservoir.. when I also use a vaccume pump connected to the caliper all I get is air nothing else. Isn't until I pump the lever do I get a tiny bit of fluid then it stops again.
How can people use google maps for directions if theyre phone is in the glovebox?

So I followed your video and I did it to a 07 sportsman 450 looks like same carb no caps all lines hooked up and fuel set to full yet I'm getting no fuel to the carb.. the one way restrictor isn't filling up. And ideas.
I used 1"clear heat shrink on my Foldable Rechargeable LED Work Light, COB LED Slim light to protect the lense from getting all scratched up

The shims on my bike are 13mm so using a digital vernier is very effeftive... Also to check the larger sizes shims are you saying you need both micrometer and verniers to check pperfeftly.. using the micrometer only would only measure the center and not the outer area of the larger shim..
I bought the AstroAI model off Amazon, probably made in the same factory or at least a similar factory with similar components. The AstroAI unit has a 2500A battery jump as opposed to the Uibi 3500A, and goes up to 150PSI as opposed to the Uibi's 160PSI. I do really like how compact the Uibi model is whereas the AstroAI model is more boxy and I feel probably takes up more room than it should in my saddlebag.

Ordered my sportster Hammer 1275 kit with pistons already installed in the cylinders. I’ve installed two sporty kits this way and it’s super easy. First time I pulled one piston a little too far down to get it on the connecting rod but was able to gently compress the rings with my fingers and put the piston back up. Love the channel guys!

Did I hear the price correctly, $90? I just bought this helmet on ebay from the vevor store, brand new, free shipping, I only paid $23. I figure even if it's not a great hood I only lost $23 but so far I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this hood and the features.
Observation: For a small crank/engine like 80cc-125cc it may fit. I ordered for a KDX 200 & will only fit on the Stator side not the Clutch.
Would have never thought to verify gauges themself were accurate.
So wait, is it easier to detach where the clutch meets the engine and do it there? Or at the handle bar? I own my first bike and don’t have any mechanic or friends that own bikes to help. Wondering if I’ll have to learn how to adjust the clutch alongside doing this for maintenance. I know I need to learn how anyways
